Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect all clients, a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. This allows me to accommodate other clients. ▫️ Late Cancellation / Reschedule (within 48 hours) 25% of your service total will be charged to the card on file. ▫️ Same-day cancellation: 50% of your service total will be charged. ▫️ No-shows: 100% of the service total will be charged. ▫️ Illness: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule. ▫️ Non-contagious symptoms (such as allergies) A mask is kindly requested to help maintain a comfortable and safe environment. ▫️ Business hours & communication: Messages and calls received outside business hours will be answered the next business day. ⸻ ❗ By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
